I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the things we hold dear:

The photo that makes you pause when you walk by

The love-stained recipe card in the kitchen

The name you speak into a room

Despite their absence

These things live quietly, tucked away in drawers

In tiny boxes

In our minds.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what it would mean

to put them on display.

To say them out loud.

To honor them proudly.

To remember.

This is why I created The Legacy Archive: a living, breathing space where we can do this together. It can be messy with hearts full of love and eyes full of tears. It can be peaceful, in the sanctuaries we call home; whichever we choose, we don’t have to do it alone.
